Engaged on a contract to manage three projects at UNSW College, I was responsible for implementing a new student admissions system, timetabling/class allocations systems and integrations in Azure. Managing a variety of projects - from implementing SaaS systems and cloud integrations, from student applications to payment gateways to identity management to timetabling and learning management systems - made it a fun challenge! Key achievements included having all my projects either fully implemented or on track, with very positive feedback about the strength of relationships I had built with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Joining Lifeology to work with students and instructors at the Training Authority Maritime Warfare for the Royal Australian Navy, my role involved three main activities: revising and conducting a series of workshops to grow resilience, developing and conducting a coaching program for instructors and also working with instructors to adapt teaching approaches to student's thinking styles.It was both a fascinating learning experience and an honour to work with the Navy instructors and students. The programs I developed and ran received positive feedback, for both my facilitation skills and the positive impact for students and instructors.

I started EQ Road in late 2014, to focus more on leadership development and gain the experience of managing my own firm. Over the next seven years, I designed and ran residential leadership programs in over a dozen countries, became an ICF accredited coach and conducted over 1,000 coaching sessions. A key achievement was having a leadership program I developed being recognised as global best practice at an International Leadership Conference in Barcelona, with the case study published in the OD Practitioner journal.

Joining Accenture after their acquisition of ChangeTrack Research, my key responsibility was to take ChangeTracking, a change management methodology developed by a small Sydney-based firm, and broaden its uptake on a global scale. In practice this being responsible for global client delivery, being involved in sales/tenders, offshoring to a delivery team in New Delhi and project managing the development of an online analytics platform. It also involved filming training videos, and running workshops internally and externally in different geographies. The product has since been rebranded as 'Transformation GPS'.

I joined ChangeTrack Research as a consultant in 1997. In my first month, we sent out a questionnaire to participants of a change workshop from two organisations that were going through a merger. 15 years later, the questionnaire had developed into a patented change analytics product that had been used on around 300 client change processes globally and I had become a Director and part-owner of the firm.I was responsible for sales and managing client relationships, database management, and managing client processes including data collection and analysis, report creation, and discussing results with client teams at all levels including c-suite to develop change management action plans. Facilitating over 1,000 team discussions about different types of change initiatives over a 15 year period gave me a very deep understanding of both team dynamics and how to manage projects to ensure they are successful.In parallel, ChangeTrack Research ran training programs in leadership and change management, including 360 degree leadership assessments. During my 15 years at the firm, I designed and conducted over 100 training programs in over 30 countries around the world. ChangeTrack Research was acquired by Accenture in April 2013.
