On occasions I would need to work with building site engineers when installing in a home that was in the process of being built. The range of equipment I worked on was based around BeoLink technology. This integral piece of technology enabled Bang & Olufsen products to communicate across the entire range. I installed plasma and lcd screen televisions, hifi systems, tile vision tv's for the kitchen/bathroom, ceiling speakers and outdoor sound systems. I also had to ensure that the customers existing kit worked seamlessly with the B&O technology, such as Sky/Cable equipement that was then controlled by the Beo4 controller. I installed the full range of kit including; magnetic door contacts, Pasive Infra Red or PIR movement sensors, vibration sensors, break glass detectors, combined ultra sonic/pir movement sensors, panic buttons and CCTV. I often worked at height installing SAB alarm boxes. The CCTV installations included many varieties of camera, such as 360Dome and discreet cameras which were oftern disguised within other items (Smoke detectors, books, clocks).
