Over the years of being in the real estate industry and especially during my time in the UAE I have been trained and executed very good sales techniques and feel I can bring added value in any sales environment.I make sure I am confident on product knowledge and analyse national and international property markets looking for trends and being able to adapt and reconstruct to gain maximum income. I manage investor portfolios in the property market dealing with high end clients investing in Real Estate, including hotels, land, off plan projects, bulk buys and buildings. My job role involved managing the day to day running of an estate agency business, maximising income and profit from a range of products and services. I was responsible for increasing revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets. I worked in conjunction with the Managing Director in setting and reviewing office targets.I was regularly asked to rescue poorly performing branches, increasing their sales performance and motivating the staff to maximise profit and prevent branch closure.Daily tasks included:Motivated staff with incentives and rewards, holding one to one review meetings as well as daily morning meeting and weekly meetings, ensuring staff are trained to the highest level, identifying development needs, implementing agreed business plans, carrying out market appraisals, listing properties, running a busy lettings and property management department, ensuring business is compliant.
