I follow my passion for identifying, attracting, and developing top talent! With over 10 years of work experience in strategy consulting, I currently lead McKinsey’s recruitment efforts in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (“DACH”). In this role, I oversee the talent acquisition strategy and operations for the largest markets in Europe, empowering a team of amazing recruiting colleagues. Our priority is on hiring excellent candidates, while diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is a cornerstone of our efforts. As a candidate counselor, I can share first-hand experience: before embarking on my journey in talent attraction, I was an Associate Partner with McKinsey’s Travel, Logistics and Infrastructure practice. For my clients, I led data-enabled topline transformations and developed new, innovative ways for commercial optimization including demand monitoring, forecasting, pricing, and customer segmentation.What else? I am a regular guest lecturer and speaker on recruiting and talent topics, including new generations in the workplace and DEI. Outside of my core topics, I enjoy coaching and mentoring social start-ups as a member of the "startsocial" community.
