Jonathan has extensive experience starting and scaling businesses from pre-revenue through hyper growth stages. He excels at tackling the complex organizational and technological challenges that come with scaling, leading cross-functionally and collaboratively to create solutions that work across the entire business. Jonathan is passionate about growing and nurturing diverse talent, and assembling high-performing teams. Jonathan co-founded NS1 in 2013, serving as CPO and CTO until the company’s successful acquisition by IBM in 2023. Jonathan was critical in scaling NS1’s product from zero to tens of millions in ARR, and when the time came to diversify the portfolio he spearheaded two innovative products that generated multiple millions in ARR within three years of inception.Prior to NS1, Jonathan worked as Director of Technical Operations at Voxel until the company’s acquisition by Internap in 2012. He was responsible for leading Voxel’s distributed hosting and infrastructure teams, and post-acquisition, worked with Internap senior leadership to define and execute the strategy that would allow them to leverage Voxel’s unique technology and team to evolve the business into a next generation cloud services company.He currently advises a number of early-stage startups and is seeking his next full-time role as a product leader within an early-stage, high-growth company. While he has served as both CPO and CTO, he is a product leader first and foremost, with a CTO's level of technical depth.
