    • Led a partnership with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC), resulting in the development and distribution of surveys to over 45,000 social care workers. These surveys identified workforce’s digital skills capabilities and attitudes towards technology. I provided expertise in survey design, statistical analysis, SPSS, results reporting, and action recommendation. Tableau for data visualisation. The results raised awareness of the digital development needs of the workforce. The results were published in an international, peer-reviewed journal: https://mededu.jmir.org/2020/2/e15936/ • Multidisciplinary collaboration involving primary research into the attitudes towards voice assisted technologies among people with Parkinson’s disease. This survey-based study provided valuable insights and acted as the foundation for future research. The results were published in an international, peer-reviewed journal: https://rehab.jmir.org/2021/1/e23006/ • Led research on a joint BT Ireland / Ulster University project to explore novel methods of advanced customer analytics. Performed secondary research to identify a suitable problem area for proof of concept, in addition to market research of existing state of the art commercial solutions. These findings were used to scope the project, in addition to establishing aims, objectives, and a deliverables timeline.• Developed a promotional project video and UI mock-ups to generate further interest and investment in the project within BT amongst senior executives.
