I understand the nuances of leadership and collaboration, combining them with my design expertise to create meaningful outcomes.About My LifeI am a husband, father to 3 amazing kids, soccer coach and DIYer who has learned a wide variety of skills from carpentry, construction, electrical, and plumbing, to cooking and home brewing (beer and kombucha). My favorite meal began by trying to re-live a childhood memory. It lead me to an old family recipe for Sfincione, that became a family activity.My lineage consists of farmers and vintners, who cultivated the varied microclimates on the island of Sicily. Growing up I was one of those little kids walking through a garden, picking and eating a tomato like an apple. Farming is in my D.N.A. and when land became scarce at my new home, I turned to urban farming, specifically Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA).
