Develops, implements and manages short, medium, and long-term strategic plans for the main company websites as well as multiple micro sites that support and enhance the Company’s organizational strategic initiatives set by Senior ManagementWorks closely with external partners and other departments within the organization to develop innovative and relevant content; works with various levels of management (including executive management) in planning, developing, and implementing the corporate Web sites. Partners with outside agencies with regards to the design and creative direction; monitors the design work to assure consistency and quality with respect to the Aflac brand and assure alignment with the strategic goals of the organization. Presents ideas and designs verbally and visually; both internally and directly to clients.Partners with IT Project Management Office for matters including, but not limited to, the launching of new interactive content, micro sites, content changes, etc.Participates in Internet reviews, peer reviews and other related meetings to support the marketing strategy.Manages and analyzes website analytics; reports on the results and offers recommendations when needed on how to improve specific areas where a deficiency is present.
