I order, organize and plan the shipping of all materials for the Journey Through Scripture program for Presenter training's done around the country. In addition, I send out all materials that are ordered for individual Journey Through Scripture Bible Study Presenter's programs. I keep inventory of all supplies and then ordering them accordingly as well as the ordering of all office supplies. I process and send out all donation Thank You letters. I assist the Office Manager in the planning of Presenter Training's and other conferences sponsored or co-sponsored by the St. Paul Center. I work on other tasks as assigned including the editing of Bible Studies, processing of donations, database management, creation of marketing material, and some social media functions.

Aided in administrative tasks using the Jenzabar Database and creation of marketing material. This included working on degree audits, inputting new data into the Jenzabar system, and creating signage for events.

Kept the grounds of Franciscan University beautiful. Including mowing lawn's, landscaping, mulching, leaf and snow removal, and other beautification projects around campus under the direction of the Director of Grounds.
