Muuse is a circular packaging solution for the F&B industry. We work with cafes, corporates and food delivery, to reduce single-use waste and make reusables a reality city-wide.

We work with cafes and bars to reduce plastic waste. We do this by supplying stainless steel or sustainably sourced bamboo straws for reuse in F&B locations around Singapore. Through our partners we have displaced over 100,000 plastic straws with our reusable alternatives. All profits fund beach clean-ups In South-East Asia.

Belu is an ethical business and leading social enterprise that produces British natural mineral water. All profits are donated to WaterAid and the company is certified carbon neutral.As part of the On Purpose programme, I am working on new product strategy, improved business process and supporting the implementation of the company's commercial strategy.

On Purpose is a year-long development programme for professionals looking to transition into careers that use business for good. This entails two diverse work placements, professional training, mentoring and coaching.

Hackney Pirates is an enterprising charity developing literacy and creativity amongst young people by giving them extra adult attention in a unique learning environment.As part of the On Purpose programme, I helped the Pirates design their future growth strategy and determine how the organisation could reach more young people. I also led a review of HR and operational processes and policies to support long-term resilience of the organisation.

Managed a £33m DFID programme to implement part of the UK's humanitarian response to the Ebola crisis in West Africa, working with the Government of Sierra Leone and other international partners to implement the nationwide response.Developed and delivered the UK strategy as part of a senior team including Foreign Office and UK Military, managed teams of UK stabilisation and humanitarian experts embedded across Sierra Leone, and maintained the operational infrastructure necessary to support the UK teams in country.

Managing DFID's policy development and overseeing all internal and external communications, including with ministers, on the Ebola Crisis in Sierra Leone.
