Management of new products introduction (NPI) project tasks in manufacturing floor. Follow up NPI program tasks in manufacturing line interacting with different departments as Quality engineering, Test engineering, manufacture engineering, training team, manufacturing teamand warehouse. Management of new part numbers. Report general NPI status to manufacturing management team. Represent manufacturing team with the NPI program managers and Engineering team. Communicate to the manufacturing team both, new features of new products and changes on the current products.Support NPI programs needs in manufacturing line. Interface with NPI Manufacturing program managers for supporting activities on coordinate builds, packaging and shipment of new products systems to ensure GA ramp plan is in place.

Design (CAD 3d y 2d´s) to manufacture Injection molds, for Die Casting (Aluminum Injection) and plastic injection. Management and documentation of Die Casting models or products with specifications, updates, approvals, engineering changes, revision number, and BOMs (Bill of Materials). All processes with ISO9001. Support activities on DFM´s (Design for manufacturing), A3, 8D´s, 5´s, Continuous improvement (Kaizen), Lean six sigma and project planning. Support activities at Metrology laboratory such as Ballooned drawing, GD&T interpretation, Dimensional validation of Die Casting models. FAIR (First Article Inspection Report), and Gage R&R (Gage repeatability and reproducibility). Metrology instruments management, ensure its calibration, validation, and certification.
