Provide tier III technical support for over seven hundred internal and external corporate users including support and installation for Windows and Linux servers, Exchange, Active directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, VMware infrastructure, Veeam, datacenter management and various network technologies. Provide defense in depth and monitoring of internal and client networks by installing and maintaining products such as PRTG, CB Response, CB Defense, Bit 9, Menlo security browser isolation, OpenDNS, Fortinet UTM, Symantec Cloud, Endgame, etc. Assist in Nessus vulnerability scans and remediation. Provide recommendations, quotes/SoW, and project management for internal client infrastructure, server, and software upgrades.

Provide tier III support for over forty-eight hundred users; advising and assisting in solving problems in a distributed computing environment; provide maintenance and configuration for a server environment consisting of 500 physical and virtual servers; provide maintenance and configuration of Hyper-V and VMware (ESX5.5) host environment; Installation of hardware and software; troubleshooting; configuring server operating system and application systems in a WAN environment; Exchange, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, and Direct Access Administration; user/server data backup and restoration using Microsoft DPM and Veeam.
