I have helped countless people understand, prosecute, defend and negotiate their legal rights. Not only have I advised companies on intellectual property matters and compliance issues that include privacy, data security, and employment matters, I have also implemented strategies to mitigate harmful outcomes when disputes arise. I have advised businesses in transactions ranging from less than $100,000 to over one hundred million dollars and clients have been grateful for my advice in over a thousand disputes. I continuously look for new ways to help more clients as the world becomes more complex and interconnected.In my free time I enjoy a 3D design hobby making the most useful modular interlocking block system with which impoverished communities can build a wide variety of useful things including homes, furniture and water purification systems. I use a combination of Blender, Photoshop, Illustrator and other programs to design the block system. In addition, I have been active in community organizations including the Dublin Senior Center, nonprofit homeowner associations, and local bar associations.
