• Manage the sales plan for regional B2C and national B2B accounts to increase the brand´s market share.• Lead the demand generation in the region through the development of the commercial plan of +6 commercial technical advisors according to crop seasons to grow market share.• Establish commercial loyalty programs with different channels to expand the share of strategic products.• Evaluate the sell out, inventory & forecast indicators to ensure supply levels according to demand.

• Collaborate in the development of the demand generation plan defining key players and promotions strategy for the sales team and distributors for Mexico, Colombia and CAM.• Propose RTM strategies for key territories in Mexico focused on the retention, concentration and penetration of key customers.• Create strategic reports to align the strategy with the commercial objectives of Mexico and Colombia.• Evaluate the fulfillment of activities of the commercial team to contribute to increase the Sell Out.
