Work directly with Portfolio Manager/Managing Partner who manages 7B+ in assets and over 1,200 discretionary accounts. Account types include margin (with short selling), retirement, trusts, foundations, estates and custodian.Have direct contact with all clients to provide any and all client services including but not exclusively:-Opening and closing accounts -Account transfers (ACAT's, DTC's)-Process distributions from various retirement and trust accounts, cash wires and stock gifts-Monitor class actions and corporate actions-Maintain detailed notes of written, electronic and verbal client contact-Handle documentation and address updates-Oversee performance reports for various managers as well as distribution of Quarterly Letters to clients.Clients range from high net worth to average investor as well as multi generational family accounts. Additionally work directly with portfolio managers and trading room to run multiple daily allocations for all client trades. Execute portfolio rebalancing including raising funds for client fund requests. Domestic and foreign securities traded. Monitor daily activity of accounts while interacting with clearing firm back office staff to resolve any account issues and discrepancies. Proficient in Sales Force client and account system as well as NFS' Streetscape client systems.
