Airport Optimization is a small and agile team of diverse professionals. The team engages in complex projects with a wide range of stakeholders to improve performance or inflict cost reductions for either close partners or the airport itself, while always striving to improve passenger satisfaction.Since 2018 I have primarily been involved in baggage and parking related data utilization/optimization projects, with one generating an 8-digit (DKK) cost saving annually, and another set to increase revenue by 7 digits annually. I have completed two internal educations, earning me an IASSC LEAN Six Sigma Yellow Belt degree.

Tradebiit is a cloud-based B2B SaaS platform for a specific target group in the eCommerce industry. Tradebiit offers tools to collect and organize complex data from various sources in order for users to manage, optimize, and sell that data. Tradebiit primarily aims to optimize on internal time consumption (organizing data, handling related paperwork) for its users but also comes with tools and options for greatly improved sales presentations, stock management and more. Tradebiit aims to be the industry standard in the flash sale industry within few years supporting both suppliers and websites.

Alpha Solutions US Inc. is the American daughter company of Danish IT solutions consultancy and development house Alpha Solutions A/S. The company specializes particularly in system integration and development of search driven eCommerce enterprise platforms built on the Sitecore content management system (CMS). The role as Director of Business Development included establishment of the Alpha Solutions brand in the US market as the first man on the ground, building both an online and an offline presence, while transferring the technology driven, reactive approach of the mother company to a pro-active, non-technical product and service portfolio on the US market. This included segmentation and approach, engagement and establishment of potential partners and client groups across North America, while connecting the offices and various resources across time zones and cultural differences. In 2015, Alpha Solutions US Ltd. had offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston and New York, with several Fortune 100 companies in the portfolio.

Mondano Ltd. operated Mondano.com, an online webshop importing replica designer furniture from Hong Kong and selling it across the European markets. The entrepreneurial role included founding, building and managing Mondano Ltd. and Mondano.com, handling technical and product suppliers, stock and warehouse management, funds and cash flow management, online content management (including presentation form, SEO, graphic elements, product descriptions etc.), authorities in England, and handling of legislation in multiple countries. The furniture was sold through a visually based and fully automated Magento 1.5 webshop that operated out of Google Campus in the “European Silicon Valley” Shoreditch, London. Mondano Ltd. came to an end when the company was terminated due to copyright legislation changes in the European Union.

The position as Consultant was created as an extension of the CEO position at Comunit Media Ltd. to secure the best possible transition for Comunit Media Ltd. The role included strategic, operational and facilitating aspects of the continuous management and eventually sale of Comunit Media Ltd.

As CEO of Comunit Media Ltd., a company operating various websites in the online gaming industry, the daily operations included contact with authorities, lawyers, accountants, media, customers and the internal departments in the company – especially the Community Manager, Head of Business Development and IT. Communication and customer involvement/engagement was a vital aspect of the job. Comunit Media Ltd. went through a severe internal organizational restructuring, which required an open mind and good judgement towards the cultural differences in an office 200 miles off the coast of Africa (Libya), with seven different nationalities present. In 2010 Comunit Media Ltd. experienced an approximately 30% growth on EBIT, a rising profit margin and consolidation of the market leading position in Denmark. In 2011 Comunit Media Ltd. was internationalizing the business to build a broader product portfolio for a less risky and more stable revenue generation. As a result, the main asset of Comunit Media Ltd. was successfully sold in early 2012 for an undisclosed amount. Besides the operational role as CEO for Comunit Media Ltd., the position automatically included the role as CEO of Comunit Media Holding Ltd. This position included managing the overall strategic lines of all companies fully or partly owned by Comunit Media Holding Ltd.. The topics included, but were not limited to, market approach, mergers and acquisitions, cash flow management, staffing, legislation, etc..

The position as Business Development Manager included covering optimization of existing revenue drivers and identification/development of new ones in the same as well as related industries. This position offered an excellent insight in the dynamics and possibilities in one of the world´s fastest changing online environments. This position offered great insight to the nature of the business and was a perfect preparation for the next position.
