• I am a partner in the Land Use and Municipal Law Group. I have extensive (over 18 years) experience in all aspects of land use, zoning, and local government law practice, including zoning cases, Board of Adjustment.
• Handled (with primary responsibility) numerous contested zoning cases and variances, with a 90 percent-plus success rate.
• Primary responsibility for successful passage of the first two form-based planned development districts in Dallas’s Trinity River Corridor.
• Achieved significant height and density increases for several Uptown Dallas projects, including the recently-approved Park District development facing Klyde Warren Park.
• Primary responsibility for securing approval of numerous urban, mixed-use, transit-oriented developments.
• Primary responsibility for passage of first “new urbanist” planned development district in the City of Dallas (Capella Park, southwest Dallas).
