A producer produces everything but excuses. I have found it is best to treat every job as serious as a surgeon would. As a caretaker of a precious body, I am able to make the difficult decisions, keep the goals in perspective and allow the client to determine their influence. It is important to have micro and macro vision, to notice the minute details and the overall goals of any program- this will drive success. Time keeps moving while we wait to make decisions, only experience, good judgment, and the ability to form creative solutions can cut that decision time to the bone. When a job is complete I want to be proud of it and work toward a higher standard at each endeavor. Over my 30 years working in events and experiential I have been challenged with every roadblock possible and have always found a work around toward success.
