Led development and execution of sales strategy that increased penetration into retail supply chains within the auto aftermarket, pet specialty, home & hardware, on-line, and pharmaceutical industries. Succeeded in obtaining additional business for the CHEP Recycled Pallet Solutions business by modifying current business to meet customer needs.

Directed a team of 16 responsible for US Demand Planning, Network Optimization, Business Intelligence and Sales & Operations Planning. Oversaw US Sales & Operations process managing production planning and inventory forecasting, aligning company financials to operational execution for 70M+ assets and $1.2B in revenue.
