I started out as a technology manager solely for the Asset and Liability Management (ALM) group from 2/2010 – 1/2011 and then expanded to take on responsibility for all of Corporate Treasury, inclusive of ALM. My team supports the front, middle, and back office for the company’s investment portfolio of approximately $150 billion in fixed income securities, reverse repos, and secured loans. In this capacity, we support the portfolio management group, the repo trading desk, the funding desk, the investment operations team, and the investment accounting team. My team also supports all of the reporting and management of the company’s balance sheet in ALM where we completed a large project to support reporting and analytics for Basel III, Dodd Frank, and other regulatory and management purposes. Additionally, we completed another project about half as large for daily LCR and 5G reporting to the Fed. The projects were viewed as a great success as we rolled out a large, reliable, and fast custom data warehouse that seamlessly loads and processes 19 million records on a daily basis and also successfully implemented multiple instances of QRM, a large and complex strategic vendor platform for analytics on the balance sheet data. These projects were delivered on time and within budget. I was promoted to Director and also given the “Architect” title at the end of 2015.

As a Charles River IMS Specialist, I led the conception and delivery of the Charles River Center of Excellence (“CoE”) at BNY Mellon, the first CoE at the firm. In this capacity, I also led several implementations and upgrades for the Charles River IMS, while improving the reliability, availability, performance, maintainability, supportability, and extensibility, all while reducing the time to deliver the system. Additionally, I managed and developed a small team of Charles River implementation managers and consultants.

I specialized in financial systems for the asset management business. I was a technical lead on a successful implementation of the latest version of Charles River Investment Management System. I also began building out a centralized platform aimed at providing better service, support, and reliability for all subsidiaries using the investment management software.
