My experience is based on administration/development and support of the ERP system Movex/ M3 and the processes connected to the use of the system. My main system knowledge is within Production, warehouse, planning and purchase but I have also worked with sales, project orders, finance and maintenance. I have been the project manager for several projects within the Supply chain area including factory rollout in both pharmaceutical and equipment manufacturing.I have also worked as IT manager for two pharmaceutical companies for several yearsMy personal drive is to understand people and how to change their behavior, understanding what different visions/goals/decisions from management is causing for problems/effects and understanding root causes of situations.My philosophy about process and enterprise development is based on three things:• My belief that a user should be able to perform his/her task with a minimal number of clicks in a minimal number of systems • If you want to use a standard IT system both frictions and cost is significantly lower if you take the possibilities an weaknesses of the system into account when designing the work processes • When changing a process both Personnel/organization and IT system needs to be changed in order for a change to be effectiveSpecialties: Movex/M3Project ManagementGMPEnterprise developmentProcess development
