Duties included: • Organising panels and their work schedule• Administrating the Job Evaluation Questionnaire database, liaising with managers to provide access and ensure completion of JEQs in order for them to be evaluated on a panel• Handling contentious queries relating to JEQs from council employees and managers• Reconciling multiple council databases to ensure consistency and accuracy• Attending project meetings to filter progress and raise any issues
