Responsible for fully managing complex global AV, UC, and DM projects to ensure compliance within design specifications so a completed system was delivered to the customer on time. Secondly, experienced at managing project teams from a design phase until fruition – includes managing client/end users, network providers, architects, and general contractors throughout the course of a project’s initial design collaboration.

At the MBTA I played an integral role in technologically mainstreaming the Transit Police Department and the MassDOT’s Security and Emergency Management Department to help ensure the safety and security for approximately 1.3 million commuters and employees daily. I was the liaison between the MassDOT Security and Emergency Preparedness Department and the MBTA Transit Police. Project included extensive and broad legal research, and also a conflict assessment to determine any potential negative engagements that may arise between officers and party members. In doing so, Jonathan communicated with various law enforcement organizations and training centers along the eastern United States to compile, analyze, and interpret confidential law enforcement intelligence bulletins. Aided Professor Tucker with ongoing research pertaining to historical and contemporary variations in cultural suicide. My primary responsibilities were to use multiple legal and sociological online databases (Sociological abstracts, Westlaw, Lexis, Criminal Justice Abstracts, and Academic Search Premier) to conduct legal research and draft historical reports of how suicides, and attempted suicides, were socially controlled from a legal context throughout history (i.e. how and why suicide was illegalized and punishable in preceding eras).
