In business development and account management, I have led projects with individual budgets ranging from $1M to $30M+ with annual revenues in excess of $10M per account. Global opportunities in project and account management include high-potent drug linker conjugate products, RLD / generic development and commercial readiness, and multiple early clinical phase, development, and feasibility projects. I’ve successfully secured long-term business by upselling and looking for future opportunities. I’ve enjoyed the challenges that are unique to each project. I’ve most cherished the dynamic people I’ve come to know and work with throughout the years.My work background began when I was young, working on a small farm in rural Alabama and learning the skill of carpentry which would eventually support my aspirations as a first-generation college student. From carpentry, to university, to managing strategic global accounts for some of the industry’s most successful pharmaceutical firms, my experience demonstrates my ability to adapt and add value in any environment. My hands-on product experience is in research and cGMP production of LNP Drug Products, lipid formulations, autologous cellular therapies, lipid manufacturing, oral drug formulation for cancer treatment, and oral formulation of food supplements for cystic fibrosis.My manufacturing experience is in lyophilization, high-pressure homogenization, single-use platforms, cell culture using both aseptic technique and automation, and drug product manufacturing and packaging.
