• Project Management. Lead all implementations for net new HMRI applications and upgrades as well as provide the project documentation – scope, schedule, resource planning, budget and contracts. In July of 2017, the project budget was $415K with a resource team of 8 people and visibility level to the COO.• Application Support. Senior Analyst responsible for the implementation and ongoing support for 11 critical applications used by all members and staff of HMRI – user counts are 10+ to 900+ for the largest applications. The yearly spend on these applications is around $300,000 which I assure the accuracy of licensing and contract terms.• Vendor Management. Establish working relationships with the multiple ISV’s to assure HMRI’s needs are met – resource planning, scheduling, architecting solutions and budgeting accordingly.• Training. Develop training plans to deliver to the HMRI users and deliver monthly. This also includes application testing for implementations and upgrades.• Customer Focused. Serve as first level resolution owner for any questions, project documentation and facilitate the relationship between HMRI, it’s vendors and Houston Methodist Corporate IT.• Presentations.
