Hands On Managing Director (Full Desk) providing clients with key resources for their technical, operations and business teams.• Report P&L for Philadelphia Branch to HQ.• Acting as the sole liaison between my clients, our technical recruiting team and our candidates.• Engage in New Business Development and continually grow business with current clients by meeting with all levels of technology, operations and business management to understand their respective needs, strategy and culture in order to identify precise fits and deliver value to the bottom line.• Heavy focus on recruitment of Investment Professionals, Chief Investment Officers, Regional Investment Officers, Group Heads of Treasury, Group Head of Capital Management & Modeling, Alternative Investment Professionals, Heads of IT, Heads of FP&A, Business Professionals, Insurance Professionals, VPs & C-Suite Professionals.• Extensive experience in negotiating highly complex compensation packages including deferred compensation, STI, LTI, Stock Options (Restricted, Preferred, Common)• Direct all phases of the hiring cycle by partnering with the top technical talent. • Perform precision recruiting by listening to a candidate’s professional objectives to act as a trusted adviser and match candidates with opportunities that will propel their career forward.• First producer hired to launch the newly created Philadelphia branch.• Responsible for hiring, training, mentoring and management of branch staff.• Interim Managing Director responsibilities including reporting and forecasting of branch and individual performance to Executive Management.• #13th in the enterprise in production generating $331,896 in Gross Profit in 2017. • 4 Time Recipient of the “Associate of the Month Award” for leading all producers across enterprise in Gross Profit production. • Awarded membership to the 2017 Ascenders Superior Circle as one of the top individual producers across the enterprise.
