Managed and served as the primary point of contact for approx. 30 accounts concerning their automated bill pay program.-Analyze trends, assess needs and offer suggestions for QI through custom reporting-Use critical reasoning and research skills to determine the cause of any errors and then provide a solution.-Answer questions and address concerns with the services offered.-Etc.

Manage ACS relationship with 6 hospital systems in Central and Southern Ohio.-Assist in meeting of American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer (CoC) standards-Present annual proof of performance for sponsorship proposals.-Collaborate to increase referrals to ACS programs and services.-Engage executive leadership at Health Systems-Help Coordinate the facilitation of programs for patients

My responsibilities included but were not limited to: -Maintaining a portfolio of 5 events with an overall income goal of over $300,000 annually. -Maintaining and updating the websites of 5 different ACS events.-Communicating through various channels (web, phone and mail) with over 1,000 constituents.-Representing the American Cancer Society in the local media (TV, Radio, Print, Web-based.)-Education and promotion of American Cancer Society programs and services.-Cultivate and maintain constituent relationships with diverse group of community leaders.-Recruit, Train, Manage and Support volunteer leadership committees.-Ensure accurate and timely data entry for external and internal partners.Accomplishments/Highlights:-Led Relay For Life events to income above goals (Two in 2014, 3 in 2015 and 3 in 2016 in additional to overall growth from 2015 to 2016 and overall goal in 2016) -2016 Letter of Accommodation from National Executive leadership-Increased the net income of assigned events from 2015 to 2016, despite an anticipated decline of 10%.

During the 2012 - 2013 school year I acted a substitute teacher for all buildings within the district. I taught in classrooms ranging from Kindergarten to 8th grade and in multiple subject matters (e.g Math, Science, English, Social Studies, Physical Education, Art and Computer Sciences). My long-term contract was with 8th grade students in a Computer science class for the last three months of the school year.

I taught several classes for school-aged children. The classes were designed to teach them the basics of the sport (Soccer and football) as well as some fundamentals and drills that prepare them for youth leagues.

Assigned various responsibilities including: Cash management, deposit batching, register/POS, inventory management, inventory of rental items, food/order preparation, inventory orders, training new rental employees, providing instruction on proper use of rental items, management/upkeep of rental items, implementing new rental item inventory best practices, etc.

During the 2010 - 2011 school yearI worked as a before and after school care provider on a team lead by a “lead.” Responsibilities included: activity supervision, activity creation/implementation, monitoring of pick-up and drop-off and general supervision of a classroom with 20-30+ students.

Worked after school and on weekends. Responsible for taking and fulfilling drink orders, running food, cleaning and clearing tables, setting tables, general cleaning of both dining room and kitchen, providing support to bartenders, prepping certain food items, and providing general service to customers.
