Managed daily operations including tournament/event operations, golf shop operations, and sales training. Train majority world employees to 5-star international resort standards. Taught traditional and on-course playing golf lessons for men, women, and children of all ages using various technology media to assist the learning process.

Managed daily operations for a world class golf resort including labor budget, supplies/materials budget, inside and outside operations for a 36 hole golf complex. Conceived of, developed, and expanded the PGM internship program over a three year period which reduced employee turnover, dramatically raised customer service levels, mitigated annual fall employee shortages, and developed a pipeline for filling vacant entry-level supervisory and management positions within the golf operations.

Teach men's, women's and junior golf schools, private lessons, and a variety of clinics. Provide on-course instruction for business executives hoping to successfully network on the golf course. Utilized a variety of technology in order to enhance the learning process.

Assist in all aspects of a successful NCAA Div. II men's golf program that finished 10th in the nation at the NCAA Div. II National Championships in 2001.
