I serve as the Head of Strategy at MassMutual where I lead a team of strategy professionals who work closely with MassMutual’s Senior Leaders and Executive Leadership Team to guide the long-term direction of the company and enable us to meet our purpose of helping people secure their future and protect the ones they love.I do this by bringing together:1. A broad range of strategic problem solving experiences and approaches honed during my 10+ years in consulting across diverse industries (e.g., financial services, manufacturing), topics (e.g., growth strategy, operational excellence / transformation, automation / AI), and geographies (e.g., North America, Southeast Asia, Middle East)2. A deep understanding of how to translate strategy into impact through my role, prior to MassMutual, as an Associate Partner and leader within McKinsey’s Service Operations practice where I focused on bringing together a customer journey-centered approach, next-gen technology levers, and foundational enablers such as lean management to drive end-to-end strategy setting, operating model redesign, and frontline transformation to deliver step change improvements in both the performance and health of organizations3. A relentless commitment to people development grounded in my own lived experiences and passion for mentoring and developing the next generation of business leaders. For example, as an Associate Partner at McKinsey, I was recognized by my peers and practice leaders as the top performing Development Group Leader (i.e., formal mentor / performance reviewer for McKinsey consultants) in my cohort based on the thoughtfulness and rigor of the reviews I gave. I also currently serve as the Head of iMMerse Development where I have the privilege of and responsibility for guiding the end-to-end development journey for all analysts in our iMMerse rotational program
