Manager, Council Development, is a research and recruiting position for invitation only peer-to-peer executive networks and roundtables, called Councils. My primary responsibility is the recruitment of senior-level executives for approximately 100 Councils across an enterprise-wide scope of corporate functions, including human resources, talent management, communications and marketing, finance, legal and governance. Secondary responsibilities have included leading several project teams to standardize key support processes, improve and centralize sales enablement resources, and create new digital marketing materials to increase new sales.

Council Managers are the primary point of contact for nearly 2,000 senior executives who participate in 75+ Councils. I was responsible for over 150 senior executives across half a dozen Councils, facilitating communication, benchmarking, and access to Conference Board resources and services. I planned and coordinated 12-15 meetings per year, working with invited speakers, vendors, technical support services, and venue planners.During my tenure in this position, I led a number of projects to improve both clients and work team experience: - Standardized onboarding process to integrate new council members and demonstrate member resources - Co-creator of highly successful training program for new Council Managers- Created new brochures and presentations to increase awareness and usage of client resources- Trained work team on new departmental technologies and software
