My name is Jonathan Zuniga. I attended Florida International University, gaining my bachelor's in Business Administration and Management.I was involved and served a term as the Senator for the College of Business in our Student Government at FIU.I began my working career in the retail industry for three years, holding many leadership positions along the way. It was an amazing introduction to the workforce and helped me grow as an individual to be more outgoing and personable with people. This was big for someone like me who was always more of an introvert through highschool.At Macy's I was honored to hold four different positions in different departments and other roles. I was a seasonal manager for the holidays. As a sales associate, I worked for about two years in the jewelry department and later transferred to work for a skincare line named Kiehl's.I then worked as a Sales Advisor at Saks Fifth Avenue working for the Kiehl's shop inside Saks.I switched to the Hospitality Industry, where my passion for delivering excellent service along with my drive for sales, led me to join Oasis Collections connecting customers to some of the best homes across the U.S, LatAm, and Europe.I currently have made my way back to the retail world, working to create an amazing customer journey experience for a brand new chain of protein-based grocery stores opening up in the greater Miami/ Fort Lauderdale area.
