• Ownership of inducting new staff, guiding through onboarding processes including manual handling and hazardous materials training, and departmental procedures.
• Liaising with inbound and outbound teams to maintain process flow.
• Acting as proxy lead in the absence of a Team Leader, guiding up to 25 people through the Vendor Returns process.

• Maximising profitability through efficiency.
• Managing stringent productivity, wastage, and inventory KPIs.
• Training and developing new and existing staff members.
• Reviewing performance metrics and conducting disciplinary matters.
• Accountability for pricing accuracy and on shelf availability.
