About Jonathon Anderson
Outgoing, energetic, fun and creative. I've spent my life building relationships with customers working in everything from restaurants and automotive to e-commerce and technical support. I've always enjoyed helping people and finding solutions to tough problems. As a child I always liked to take things apart to see how they worked and even make improvements to their function. I've done the same thing throughout my life, building relationships and trust with my clients while finding solutions to their toughest challenges.Most recently I was a HyperCare Manager with Tekion working directly with new dealerships coming onto the software. I worked closely with dealership management and personnel providing additional training on the product and giving answers for any challenges we identified. Holding weekly meetings with key personnel through Microsoft Teams and Zoom we would walk through everything from inventory management; building, desking and submitting deals; OEM and vendor integrations; CRM navigation, workflows and campaigns as well as troubleshooting and correcting any setups.I am currently looking to take my diverse experience and apply it to the next challenge.
