I recently graduated with my Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, where I made Dean's List and kept a high GPA, all while working 60 hour weeks and raising a child with special needs. I aim to use my new found knowledge of business management and leadership to help grow a company, to further their success. Although I am great with a wrench and doing the hard work a Compactor Repair Technician requires, I also want to implement new ideas to help a company further their success, and implement positive leadership/management within a company. I feel great leadership is important to bringing out the best in people, helping them grow in their area work, and creates a positive, more productive work environment. I have 13 years working in different manufacturing environment, including 10 years at my current job. They include chemical production, assembly, warehouse , and field service. I always strive to do the best job possible. I am punctual, safety driven, and reliable in any situation. I am Forklift Certified, and Marathon Equipment Industries Certified. My skill sets include:Supervising small teams of coworkersDe-escalating problems for customers and providing quick solutionsI speak a little SpanishAnticipating problems before they occur and generally prevent them from happening, if possible. Troubleshooting and have a working knowledge of electrical and hydraulic schematics. I am a fast learner and am always finding ways to increase my knowledge. I currently work for American Waste Control and look forward to growing within the company.
