A very successful and rewarding career to date in Product Marketing, my current position is the Director of European Product Management for ITT’s .Interconnect Solution Division. I am part of the European Management team responsible for a business of $150M, which includes three manufacturing sites in Europe located in the UK, Germany and Italy. As part of the Senior Management Team I am a key contributor to the Strategic, Operating and Budgeting process.My current role involves me championing new product development through ITT’s Value Based Product Development process for the ICS global business. In addition I am involved in the co-ordination and communication of Product Portfolio Roadmaps, creation of Product Portfolio Plans by the appropriate Regional Product Managers. I coordinate pricing and product rationalization activities for the ICS global business. I also communicate, deploy, and provide development assistance for Interconnect Solutions Product Roadmaps. I lead the appropriate regional Product Management team in the execution of their responsibilities, ensuring global collaboration with Business Development, Sales, Operations, and Engineering. I also identify, deploy, and coordinate the group’s global objectives as defined during the PFP and Goal Deployment processes. Serve as the primary point of escalation for Product Management issues within my assigned region.I possess strong communication skills and am experienced in liaising at all levels coupled with a keen pro-active approach. I am ambitious, self-motivated, highly professional, and of a friendly and sociable nature. I possess the ability to work well either as a team-player or alone and to remain focused under pressure. I have excellent problem-solving and diagnostic attributes and have a great deal of international experience.
