I have 18 years’ post-graduate experience and am currently a member of Kroll’s expert services delay team. I specialise in providing engineering and construction investigation, dispute, advisory and project management services.My specialties include: - Dispute resolution and delay analysis;- Project/programme advisory (inc. project health checks and reviews); and- Project management systems and processesI have advised clients on delivery risks and issues associated with complex civil engineering and building projects. This includes diagnostic reviews of failing construction projects, as well as forensic based investigations and disputes. I have also utilised my programme management expertise to advise on the delivery of complex projects and programmes across a variety of service sectors.I became a Chartered Engineer in 2009 whilst working for a major construction company. It was in this period I developed my expertise in project planning, and risk and commercial management, whilst working on high profile multi-million GBP engineering and construction contracts. I have experience of working across the project life cycle from outline design, to handover and commissioning.
