Served as the only certified coach for Spartan Group Exercise (SGX) located in Hawaii between 2013-2015. I supervise and participate in the design and implementation of specific physical conditioning programs for the community. I am capable of programming training which is aligned with the physical requirement of Obstacle Course Racing to improve speed, strength, flexibility, agility, quickness and/or related area(s).SGX is designed to create an exhilarating, community driven, group atmosphere of fitness, nutrition, and performance that optimizes individual performance in Spartan Races, as well as health and vitality throughout daily life. SGX is about changing the mind and body from the inside out. It is not about curling, running or biking, it is about pushing, pulling, jumping, stretching, breathing and sweating. Key Achievements: ➢ 2016-2017 - Sponsored free workouts for the Soldiers of Fort Campbell, KY in preparation for the 2016 Fort Campbell Spartan Sprint and future races.➢ 2015-2016 - Sponsored free workouts In El Paso, Texas.➢ Aug 2014 - Led the First ever Spartan Race Trifecta Weekend “Hurricane Heat”, At Kualoa Ranch, Hawaii which included nearly 50 participants. ➢ July 2014 - Led Hawaii's second Aloha Stadium Spartan "300 WOD" which again hosted nearly 300 participants.➢ Mar 2014 - Led the Aloha Stadium “Hurricane Heat”, which included nearly 40 participants.➢ Feb 2014 - Led the Honolulu Boys and Girls Club fitness initiative, which included over 100 children ranging from 6-14 years of age.➢ Jan 2014 - Led Hawaii's first Aloha Stadium Spartan "300 WOD", which consisted of nearly 300 participants. Recognized as the first WOD ever held in a football stadium across the world.➢ 2013-2015 - Led dozens of workouts throughout the island of Oahu introducing hundreds of people together through fitness.➢ May 2013 - Led the Spartan Race fitness initiative for over 200 children during Hawaii's ESPN1440 children's fitness expo.
