Troubleshoot Retalix Products; StoreLine, StoreLine Loyalty, StorePoint, StorePointLoyalty.Collaborate with customer’s helpdesk to resolve software and hardware issues.Collaborate with internal Retalix sources including 3rd level support, development, RetalixWiki, and other 1st-2nd level support members when dealing with issues.Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, networks, and telecommunications.Communicate with customers to understand POS End-User issues.Work with MSTSC (Microsoft Terminal Services), RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol), IBMDirector, LogMeIn, and TeamViewer.Document all customer calls in the Pivotal CRM software.Review and update technical support documentation to ensure information is completeand accurate.

Prior member of the CNS Departments Program Advisory Council at the Dayton, Ohio ITT Technical Institue campus. I participate in meetings with other (PAC) members and the CNS program chair to discuss current curriculum, changes and adaptations for future curriculum, and where the current "technical market" is leading. This is all designed to keep the CNS programs curriculum up to date with the current trends in the IT field.

Report directly to the Director of the campus. Aid in the re-imaging of over one-hundred computers between each school quarter. Regular maintenance on all machines on campus including hard drive transfers, video cards, power supplies, RAM, and other internal parts.
