Specialized concentration in analysis in drinking & wastewater with certified testing using wet chemistry & microbiology. Performs all aspects of sample management using LIMS system including: aliquoting, storage, receipt, & shipping; laboratory & equipment maintenance; calculate, evaluate, review & properly communicate data in both written and/or verbal format. ELAP Certifications: Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD), Total Suspend Solids (TSS), Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), Settleable Solids, Hydrogen Ion (pH), Specific Conductance (EC), Total/Free Chlorine, Color & Odor, Turbidity, Oil & Grease, MBAS, Ion Chromatography (IC), Microbiology.

Flow Duration Project, September 2021 - Assess field indicators of streamflow duration in the arid southwest & western mountains. Arundo Eradication Project, June 2019 - December 2020 - Assessing effects of the removal of invasive giant cane on aerial macroinvertebrates. Dry Stream Project, June/August 2019 & 2020 - Collecting field data for building metrics on assessing health of dry streams. Identifying macroinvertebrates in the lab to the species level. eDNA Project, March/June 2019 - Collected environmental DNA (eDNA) from stream for mapping endangered species on DOD land & on National Forest land
