Independently for 2019, I have overturned over $8-million dollars in denials and underpayment through written appeals.

For two years, I worked under the Student Events & Activities Center (specifically within the Cultural Community Foods Program) within Oregon State University's Student Leadership Involvement. Through management of the Memorial Union's East Kitchen, I was able to undergo various situations by facilitating numerous organizations using the facility, as well as be a part of the event planning and event coordinating for the scheduled event. Supervising students and making sure safe-kitchen practices were established, while communicating with vast diverse communities, allowed myself to strengthen my communication and leadership skills, while gaining confidence in the work place.
