- Serve as the primary advisor to Panhellenic and Interfraternity Councils, consisting of 6 social fraternities, 5 social sororities, and 1 NPHC sorority. - Serve as the sole Division of Student Affairs representative on the College Strategic Planning Committee, helping to craft a document that will guide the College’s major decision making for the next five years. Hosted feedback gathering sessions and used the aggregate of this data, along with national trends, to determine the four major themes and a series of tactics necessary for Albion College to remain an exemplary college. - Created and continually assessed curriculum for the annual Greek Leadership Retreat; a three-day, two-night leadership retreat for 30 students focusing on pragmatic leadership skills and theory-based leadership models - Designed curriculum for a Recruitment Counselor training program focused on the development of interpersonal and counseling skills. - Member of the Albion College Inclusion and Respect Committee, focused on creating a healthy and welcoming environment for all faculty, staff, and students. Hosted two facilitator training sessions for other committee members to feel comfortable leading challenging group discussions - Oversaw 75+ existing student organizations, including registration, roster management, and hosting and coordinating all logistics for Briton Bash, the annual student organization fair - Designed and utilized online assessment instruments to gather primarily qualitative feedback on all leadership retreats and used this data to inform consistent upgrades and changes to all curriculum. - Wrote and received a state grant for nearly $3,000 to develop and serve as the primary advisor for a men’s group whose purpose is to publicly combat sexual assault and aggressive behaviors through the lens of understanding what healthy masculinity looks like. - Responsible for Title IX/VAWA training for all members of the Greek community.

• Planning and coordinating an Alternative Spring Break trip to St. Augustine, Florida for 20 students by reaching out to and collaborating with a group responsible for preservation of a local estuary. Planning includes all transportation, lodging, schedule including work, and “off-day” activities. • Recruited students for Spring Break trip, filling to trip capacity of 20 students almost entirely immediately after opening.

Fraternity And Sorority Life

• Serve as the primary advisor for the Interfraternity Council and Executive Board consisting of 15 social fraternities and over 500 members. • Established learning outcomes, developed curriculum, constructed facilitator guides and training sessions, and assessed outcomes for 2 community-wide new member orientations reaching 500+ students designed to foster growth in community, leadership abilities, and knowledge acquisition.• Designed curriculum for the January Leadership Retreat for chapter presidents focusing on leadership development and practical skills.• Coordinated logistics and served as a small group facilitator for Futures Quest, a leadership development experience in Fall of 2012; overhauled the recruitment approach and saw an increase from 35 to 78 participants. • Initiated and developed the IFC Summit, a two-day experience with the NIC for fraternity headquarters, alumni, advisors, university administrators, and students to engage in conversation about the fraternity community, the individual chapters, and chapter leaders about the current state of fraternity life and future goals. • Worked with Panhellenic Recruitment in fall 2011 and 2012 by serving as guide for rounds, working with ICS recruitment software, and as a recruitment coach during bid signing. • Designed and facilitated 2 risk management presentations for all four Greek councils consisting of an overview of FIPG policies, real-world examples, and case studies.• Implemented and managed a new community-wide philanthropic project called Greeks for Good which enables both chapters and individuals to drastically increase their reach and overall philanthropic efforts by utilizing an online grassroots approach. • Implemented a new, online self-assessment tool for leaders to assess their chapters in relation to best practices.

• Planned the university’s Family Weekend program, creating the first registration system for families to use that also enabled the university to realize that over 700+ family members were attending thus allowing for appropriate assessment with these family members.• Designed the schedule and programming for Family Weekend, which included a collaborative effort with more than 30 departments and student organizations to provide informational sessions and family-friendly activities for visitors of all ages. • Coordinated the Fall 2012 Campus Fest or 300+ student organizations and local businesses to showcase themselves. Responsibilities included utilizing Orgsync registration processing and approval, communication with every constituency about event logistics, overseeing setup and scheduling, and troubleshooting any issues that arose over the course of planning and executing the event. • Revitalized and expanded the Constitution Day events on campus to include a banned book exhibit, social media integration, and video and media opportunities.

• Managed and travelled to 45 chapters in the southeast United States through constant communication via email, phone, and on-site visits.
