As a military member within our country I have been exposed to many different situations, leadership styles and high stress situations. I have learned to become an independent worker as well as a team member and supervisor. My skills range from communications with customers to deliver a finished product to critical thinking skills to develop solutions to maximize the use of people, resources and time to get the job done quickly, correctly and most importantly with a satisfied customer. I have been involved with personnel management and product maintenance which allowed me to train and enhance skills for identifying the strengths and weaknesses in team members to help nurture their strengths and negate their weaknesses as well as parts and consumables tracking and ordering. I am a quick learner and not afraid to learn from the bottom up to gain the proper skills and trust from team members and subordinates to culture the a highly motivated, task focused team to achieve the results the customer wants without sacrificing the needs of the rest of the team.
