Jonathon manages the Information Communication Technology (ICT) system at Torbay Retirement Villages. He manages the operations of all ICT infrastructure throughout their 3 sites including Torbay-Torquay, Parklands Retirement Haven & The Village Caterer. Jonathon demonstrates a real drive for technology solutions to assist staff with performing business.

Quickly developed business skills and was promoted to store manager within 6 months. From there i went on to increase sales by 75 percent and finally broke record sales through a productive and commited team in a store that had been neglected for many years. i went on to other stores in the area that had developed a bad reputation and trained new managers.

Completed a traineeship in IT including a basic cert 3 in IT. I Received almost 2 years experience in the School IT department. Learnt about Hardware, networking, client imaging, security, and routine maintenance.
