Benefits:Maintain a high knowledge and comfort around benefits policies, plans, and procedures in order to assist with benefits administration, communicate with vendors and answer employee and retiree questions.Assist with benefits orientation of new hires, including new hire presentations, preparation of benefits binders, and maintenance of employee benefit files.Serve as first point of contact for employee, retiree and international benefits inquiries.Assist in the documentation of all employee benefits processes and maintain organized and accurate records and files, including maintenance of the benefits web-site.Perform year-round benefits administration for internal benefits policies (e.g. policies regarding education, wellness, financial and retirement planning, etc.) and (e.g. laws regarding leaves of absence, disability, workers’ compensation, etc.)Ensure all required employee communication for healthcare, retirement benefit plans are appropriately distributed, including mailing of legal notices, safe harbor notices, fee disclosure notices, SAR reports, summary plan descriptions, etc.Assist with system related testing of annual benefits procedures, e.g., open enrollment, total rewards statements, retirement plan calculations, etc.Maintain a working knowledge and assist with ensuring organizational compliance with all applicable regulations, including HIPAA, PPACA, COBRA, ADA, FMLA, PPA, FLSA, ERISA, Section 125, Workers’ Compensation, the IRC, and various applicable international regulations (Mexico). Compensation and Performance Management:Assist with gathering and compiling information to support routine and ad-hoc compensation reviews, questions and requests as well as support of organizational-wide initiatives such as merit planning and processing and responding to compensation surveys. Talent Development:Remain knowledgeable and support the learning strategy for WKKF’s functional, technical, management and leadership training needs.

This includes the day- to- day management of up to 8 varied benefit programs.
