Worked with the Sales leadership team to restructure the sales floor. Our focus was always on the people, our culture, our customers and vendors needs. These areas of focus we believed would enable the teams to hit Sales & GP targets the business set. I'm proud of what our team delivered in the last 4 years. We have seen people flourish in their current roles, while others have been promoted to new roles within the business. Our business has seen sales and GP growth YOY since the restructure. This resulted in the sales team deservedly winning 2018 'Team of the Year' at Midwich, a first but certainly not the last!

Leader of the management team that had the responsibility for 40+ vendor sales specialists. Our goal was to ensure that this team had accountability, purpose and drive, while also ensuring that the vendors could see true ROI.Engaging directly with vendors, it was our responsibility to take the vendors sales message to the Midwich sales floor and the reseller channel. We put in place a very clear development program on how these individuals could move through our business in their current role to become brand ambassadors. Our 2 year plan is to ensure that all vendor sales specialist are self sufficient, commercially aware, technical, pro-active sales people who are the envy of the channel, while demonstrating a first class ROI for the vendor.

Heading up the Print & Imaging Division has given me the opportunity to diversify from sales. Responsible for the P&L of a multi million pound division, dealing with all aspects of the business provides me with an excellent foundation of running a business. We have seen YOY growth on profit from the division since 2006. I have recently added the Barcode solution products to the division, which presents a very exciting opportunity to both the business & I.

Distribution Account Manager for Oki looking after both broadline and specialist distribution. Every year I hit over 100% of my target which meant I was part of the high achievers club at Oki winning some fantastic trips around the world. I was also voted account manager of the year for 3 years in a row for one of my distribution accounts.
