Nexxus Solutions Group is a contractor and service provider management network catering primarily to the needs of the insurance community and its policyholders in North America. Our clients and prospects encompass a variety of insurance carriers who are seeking one common outcome; to reduce loss costs and associated expenses when settling property claims and enhancing the customer experience. Nexxus Solutions Group manages the process of the claim; adding enhanced value to the carriers and their customers through a very defined and focused strategy. My job duties while being at Nexxus Solutions Group are the following.-Managed a staff of 10-12 employees.-Reviewed estimates and drawings from our contractors to make sure projects met their deadlines.-Maintain open communication and meet deadlines between clients.-Train new employees coming in on the processes we used and how to use them effectively.-Pull daily numbers for my team including claim count, claim processing and duplicate percentage.-Maintain and foster a healthy work environment.-Maintain and track time used for each employee while making sure the companies needs were fulfilled.-Work on coaching and retraining employees as needed.-Review and adjust timesheets and hours worked for employees.

-Manage staff of 20 or more-Daily deposits and register balancing-Corrective actions and evaluations-Track productivity-Open and close store in a timely manner-Resolve customer issues and satisfy catering needs-Train staff to compliance standards-Maintained store at zero complaints for an entire year

-Learned how to read and understand site drawings and specifications.-I learned how to install drywall, insulate, shingle a house.-Aided the company in assisting or finishing any needed task in a timely manner.-Learned how to work effectively with a project timeline to get the project done ahead of schedule or on time.-Implemented new and improved instillation procedures to bring production time and quality up.-Worked with subcontractors on site to maximize efficiency of day to day work.
