Including ensuring that everyone held the required qualifications whilst maintaining the minimum number of staff required to deliver training to over 100 new members of staff.• Liaised with stakeholders to develop relationships to better understand training requirements and reduce the drop-out rate of training.

Led a platoon of 40 soldiers and 20 vehicles varying from a Land Rover to 25T protective mobility vehicles.• Key responsibilities: Team Leadership, personal development and reports, capability analysis, health and safety, liaised with external stakeholders, KPI management both setting and delivering, process analysis and LEAN improvement.• Managed the handover of a large fleet of vehicles and accessories. This involved organising and hosting meetings with other heads of departments to establish requirements and delegate tasks. This lead to the smooth and timely handover of over £100 million worth of equipment with no losses.• Planned and delivered the deployment of 60 members of staff to Canada. This included analysing the requirements for the deployment and organising the pre-deployment checks. • Planned the deployment of a 100 personal and 40 vehicles on a 200 mile road move and 14 day exercise. This included hosting meetings, producing a database, establishing logistical requirements and bidding for resources.• Prioritised key equipment to ensure that mission critical equipment was available and fully operational when required.• Ensured vehicle availability remained above 90% as required by senior management.
