As a Tender Management Specialist at Invictus Partnership Ltd, I assist clients in the procurement of essential services, whilst minimising disruption during the mobilisation of new contracts. I provide strategic advice and data analysis throughout the process, and performance management services for the duration of the contract term. I have over two years of experience in this role, working with clients from various sectors and industries. Previously, I was employed as a Lecturer in Biomedical Sciences at Coventry University, where I taught and supervised undergraduate and postgraduate students, and conducted research into neurodegenerative diseases and immunology. I hold a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Coventry University and a Level 7 Award in Entrepreneurial Practice, from the Chartered Management Institute. I have strong skills in data analysis, management consulting, and business development, as well as a passion for research and innovation.
