As a company we were responsible for the commercial and common area electrical and communications works, including the plant rooms, substation, street lighting, HV upgrade, MSB, common area lighting and power, lightning protection, all sub mains and commercial sub boards, metering rooms and boards including building CT chambers, automation of lighting and power networks, commissioning of specialised plant and aviation compliance. I was responsible for the upgrade of the HV lines entering the building including installation of power poles, underground cabling and protection, installation of the RMU, earthing requirements and coordination of trades and contractors for compliance approval. Street lighting including the install of street light poles an upgrade of lighting to LED street lights, underground protection and cabling of the street lights, fit off of lights and final commissioning and testing of these lights. The infrastructure for the backbone services to enter the building including NBN and Telstra. Coordinated the implementation of the feature/display lighting throughout the streetscape and the Podium level of the precinct.
