• Incident raising into ESM and liaising with Technology in relation to progress of FMS based Incidents and providing feedback to all relevant stakeholders
• Maintaining mine model accuracy and utilising data tools to investigate system anomalies
• Relief Step-up and Supervisory duties including crew performance management, being the central point of contact for issues arising directly from site and maintaining a safe work place in the way of workplace.
• Analysing FMS Incidents, Prioritising TSC tickets with CAT and managing process related incidents to the relevant stakeholders

• Coordinating people, machinery and equipment through the Fleet Management Systems to achieve safe optimal production in accordance with production plans;
• Serve as a central point of contact for all mining production and safety issues including emergency events whilst complying with all BHP Billiton's reporting processes;
• Provide training to new employees and up skilling of current employees in the use of the MineStar FMS and Dispatch Tactics including best practices of mine control;
• Proven ability to conform with BHP Billiton Charter Values and to achieve monthly KPI safety targets including Take Time Talks, Planned Task Observations and Critical Control Observations.

• Relief Mine Control Supervisor duties including running morning pre-shift information meetings, production reconciliation meetings and staff management and mentoring;
• Monitoring and controlling fleet to meet production targets;
• Coordinate with mine planners and engineers to prioritise equipment to execute 24hr plans accurately and efficiently;
• Interaction with Ore Quality, OPF control and ROM superintendents to achieve on spec ore delivery targets through the plant;
• Central contact for Production Supervisors;
• Excellent communication and two-way radio skills in a high pressure working environment Including emergency events;
